Work Experience

Events Management (Part Time) - Ossia Sounds Limited (February 2019 – Present)

  • Managing a group of individuals to host successful music events.
  • Work includes poster design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), contacting venue owners and booking agencies for presenting acts, in addition to managing company assets, social media accounts and handling promotions.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, team-working and leadership skills, with a strong ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Achievements:
  • Developing the brand from its conceptualisation, running smaller scale events initially with 250-person capacity, to now holding larger scale events in London with up to 900-person capacity.
  • Achieving over 80% sell out rate across all events over the past year.

Administration, Labour and Bookkeeping - ProperFix.Co (September 2019 – Present)

  • Utilising excellent team-working skills to effectively complete jobs for clients to a great standard, often with tight deadlines.
  • Effectively dealing with a high number of clients in a professional manner. Demonstrating strong communication skills and a client focus.

Process Operations Management - University of Surrey (March 2018)

  • Undertook a process operations management placement, with the key project being to determine the efficiency of a process filter and correlate it with pressure drop.
  • Gained valuable on-site experience within a chemical plant, experience within a control room and further enhanced communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

About Me (Interests and Achievements)

Musical Interests

Leaned piano from the age of 12 and guitar from the age of 14. Actively producing original music from the age of 18. Official releases on small record labels. Self-taught professional digital audio workstation applications (DAWs).

Ossia Sounds company establishment (February 2019)

Establishment of own events company. Hosted over 14 successful music events. Demonstrated ambition, the desire to take on new challenges and a dedication to succeed.

Surrey Stingers American Football Team (September 2016 – January 2021)

Displayed excellent team-working abilities. Managing extracurricular activity alongside university work demonstrated strong time management and organisation skills.
